The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and many other popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options every morning, which was a great way to start the day. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns we had.
That the hotel did not offer daily room service, which meant we had to specifically request it if we wanted our room to be cleaned. the lack of parking options made it difficult for us to find somewhere to park our car, and we ended up paying a high price at a nearby lot.

The hotel is nice and very clean almost new. Staff are helpful.very Budget for money and located nicely between aksaray tram (500 meter) and yenkapi train (200 meter) and yenkapi ferry boat( 300 meter)
The hotel location given in Booked.net on the map is totally wrong. So if you are planning to stay there follow the address not the map( please booking check this point) . Poor breakfast and small rooms

The hotel offers a great location for those who want to visit Istanbul's popular tourist attractions with easy access to the metro station. You can also board a Yenakapi ferry and visit nearby districts, plus the grand bazaar and blue mosque aren't too far away. the rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
Some guests experienced misleading information from the staff regarding parking and payment options, causing frustration.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to transportation options like the metro and it was conveniently close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel had plenty of facilities to meet my needs. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food options.
